Άλμα της τάξης του 9% σημείωσαν οι μετοχές της Tesla στις ηλεκτρονικές συναλλαγές μετά τη λήξη της συνεδρίασης της Wall Street, καθώς η εταιρεία εξέπληξε την αγορά και ανακοίνωσε νωρίτερα τα οικονομικά αποτελέσματά της για το γ' τρίμηνο, τα οποία μάλιστα ήταν καλύτερα των αναμενόμενων.

Ειδικότερα, τα κέρδη της εταιρείας διαμορφώθηκαν στα 311,5 εκατ. δολ. ή 1,75 δολ. ανά μετοχή, έναντι απωλειών 619,3 εκατ. δολ. ή 3,7 δολ. ανά μετοχή, το περυσινό αντίστοιχο τρίμηνο. Τα συγκρίσιμα κέρδη της Tesla διαμορφώθηκαν στα 516,2 εκατ. δολ. ή 2,90 δολ. ανά μετοχή, έναντι προσαρμοσμένων απωλειών 488,5 εκατ. δολ. ή 2,92 δολ.. ανά μετοχή ένα χρόνο πριν.
